I live in Cleveland and had a flight *canceled* that day, so we weren't out 500 smackers. But it was American, which didn't inform us the flight had been canceled until *after* we drove for ninety minutes through barely plowed roads, past cars spinning out and getting into wrecks. Thanks for the warning, though. I had no idea what the downside of checking in online was. I think I'll think twice before I do so next time. Which airline was this?
